In the summer time, the snow gives way to grassy slopes and idyllic walks. The apartment benefits from a fenced, heated outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace at the back, and a tennis court at the front, as shown by the photographs below. Residents are freely able to use both.

A short walk (4-5 minutes) across the slope is a wonderful swimming lake, adventure park, parkour centre, and horse riding. There are a host of marked trails for both walking and mountain biking accessed from right outside the door.

It's a perfect location for Mountain bikers- the bike park and main trail are minutes from the back door! In addition we have a dedicated locked area for bike storage accessed via the underground garage.

Other activities nearby include an 18 hole golf course within walking distance, para-penting, white water rafting and deval karts (down-hill go-karts).
